"Here to help you" seems romantically mention the words "to protect and serve" that appears on police badges and American on their cars. Sadly the same inscription was also on cars and badges of police officers who have massacred in '91 the young black man Rodney King. The critical sense must be constantly exercised, says George Paul Salle, and it is always good to ask when a gesture of peace does not conceal an act of conquest.
