In un certo senso, nelle immagini di Ron Minard, le multinazionali che hanno tanto speso per rendere riconoscibile il proprio marchio, sembrano volersi nascondere e cancellare il loro Logo che qui non è promozione ma auto-denuncia.
Ron Minard (New York, USA). Ron’s projects point a spotlight on the entire Consumerism system, by making the multinational brands his main characters. In Ron Minard’s works, we get the feeling that multinational corporations, who have invested so much to make their own brands recognizable, try to hide and erase their logo, which – in these paintings – appears not as an advertising but as a self-complaint.
